Cable Modem Troubleshooting Guide

Check that the power cord is plugged in.

1. Check cable connections (is the TV working?). Check coaxial cable connections.

2. If you are using USB cable .Did you load the USB drivers?

3. If you are using a WIFI/router, is it turned on? Check the USB cable connections. Disconnect and reconnect the USB cable.

4. If you are using an Switch hub, is the Internet hub turned on?

5. Make sure you turn-on 1st the Cable Modem and wait until it is online before you turn on your WIFI/router.

6. Are you using the right Internet cable? (Straight cable for direct connection to a PC, cross-over cable for connection to a hub.)

7.The cable light on the modem should light up indicating a good Internet connection.

8. Make sure that the LAN port TCP/IP on your computer is in automatically obtained.

Digital Box Troubleshooting Guide

Before migrating to digital box you need to know what type of inputs your TV supports. Our Digital box supports, HDMI and Audio Video Composite (A/V).

On your remote control press 'Menu', use arrow left and arrow right to navigate to the 'Search' option. Use arrow up and arrow down to select 'Auto Search Setup'. Enter the following detail: Frequency: 470000, Symbol Rate: 5057, QAM Mode: QAM 64 and press OK to save. start to search the programs by navigating to "Auto Search". After the searching is finished, it'll ask you to 'Save the existing program?' Press OK to save it.

Press ''Menu'' on your remote control and navigate to "Service'. Select 'Channel Edit' on the sub 'Menu'. Select a program which you want to move and press OK key to make this program in movable status. Press arrow up or arrow down key to move it. Press OK key to confirm the change.
Yes. Insert your USB in in the USB port at the back of your digital box. While the program is being played press the RED button on the remote control to begin the recording. Record timer shows on your screen. Press GREN button to pause and resume and the RED button to stop the recording.
Press 'Menu' on the remote control, navigate to 'Service' and select USB on the submenu to enter the directory of the USB. Find folder PVRREC and press OK. the recorded channel name and duration are displayed in the right area. select one and press OK to play the recorded program.
